This is the result of the wood fermentation of an O ROSAL wine, elaborated from ALBARIŅO, LOUREIRA and CAIŅO BLANCO.

Following soaking and racking, the must is then fermented in new casks made of French an American oak, following the aging process on lees for four months.

Lively, intense, yellow straw colour, very attractive.

The pleasant flavours of peah and white flower go hand in hand with hints of melted butter, with slight smokiness from the new cask.

A sweet, elegan and fresh wine on the palate, evoking lingering fine wood, with a smooth tannin, whose persistence produces a finish bursting with ripe and toasted fruit sensations.

Its ideal temperature is about ten or twelve degrees.
